Let me share some of my thoughts regarding the situation. It may look very bleak for Shu, but there's still hope for him. Not so much for Haruka, though.

Netoraserare will run for around 8 chapters after this. Shu hit his absolute low point here, it's almost impossible to break him further, and definitely not for 8 chapters.
On top of that, he has several tools in his hands to make Haruka miserable if he wants to and be happy himself:

-Kawai is in love with him. She has shown more love and compassion towards Shu in this chapter than Haruka did in the entire series. She even said "I love you", which is something that Haruka never did. All Shu got after confessing his love to Haruka was a "Thank you" or "I'm happy" after he proposed to her. Kawai can help him heal from this trauma and give him security. She was introduced in one of the first chapters and even got color pages at the beginning of volume 3, so she will definitely play a vital role from here on out.

-Haruka has no job, friends or money of her own. Once Senpai dumps her, she's helpless. She always relied on Shu for her entire life and that will bite her in the ass.

-Shu can leak the sex tapes of Haruka and Senpai to humiliate her, especially sending them to their parents. They will reject and despise her for what she did.

-Eventually, he can reverse the roles and let Haruka watch him and Kawai have sex without ED. I always assumed that was a problem caused from his inferiority complex because of Haruka and Senpai dating in High School and keeping him in the dark about it. The doctor in chapter 2 said he's actually fine in the physical department after all, so he shouldn't have that many problems having sex with other girls than Haruka. I want to see the funny faces she will make then.

In contrast, what does Haruka have?
-Senpai's big gigolo dick. That's it.
And he will dump her on the spot once he gets cucked by random dudes since she's addicted to sex now. She doesn't care who will fuck her, she just wants to feel pleasure.

I definitely think that it will be Haruka that gets NTR' ed in the end. Not because of the power of blackmail, rape or big dicks, but because of the love that Kawai can give to Shu. Something that she was never able to do.

Essentially, the story would split in two from here on out: One side is Shu healing and hooking up with Kawai, realizing how much more she loves him than Haruka ever did, the other one is Haruka having empty sex with Senpai and other dudes, slowly realizing what a whore she became. She will try to get back to Shu, but it will be too late for her, like the chapter name implies.

In the end, Haruka may become a prostitute, while Shu marries Kawai.

1. Build the relationship between Shu and Kawai further.
2. NTR Shu a second time through Kawai (e.g. Senpai fucks her too, maybe even gets a threesome from Kawai and Haruka).

That Kawai isn't the only one who thinks it's "disgusting".
What happens is that Kawai tells Shu that she would never sleep with another man if he asked her. Shu realizes that she is not an option because of this, that his wife is all he has.

A literal translation is "That's why there is noone for me but my wife".

She is talking about Shu not stopping it. This is the only possible interpretation because it's 私を, not 私が (you never get angry AT ME, you never try to stop ME). She is upset because she is trying to goad some sort of reaction from him as proof that he loves her, but he always remains passive.

It has to be Shu's love for Haruka, because it says 春ちゃんへの愛. Notice the へ, the love TOWARDS Haru-chan.

In the previous page Haruka was upset because nothing in Shu's actions indicated to her that he loved her. Shu just stares and doesn't say anything in response. Senpai then tries to reinforce this, "see, I told you, he has no love for you".

Exactly. At a time when Shu knew that his wife it worthless compared to Kawai who he might see as pure, Kawai doing something like that would break Shu even further. I think this is a possibility since Kawai seems so naive, the type that can be easily manipulated and mindbroken in the hentai world. Senpai seems to be the traditional predator type.

Well, I'm speculating. I'd personally want it to go your way, it would be refreshing.

Regarding breaking shu even further, those who said that it's possible by using kawai and that she is the type that could fall easily for senpai and his big dick because reasons, are spot on and exactly what i had in mind the chances for that are pretty high. At this point manga could stray even further into dark and show shuu trying to commit suicide and either it failed because again reasons or you know what. Honestly whenever i see update for this manga and even when not i'm always thinking something along the lines: "I really wonder how it will progress this/next time".

well I just want to make notice, that in the two first panels at the 14th page, is obvious that she LOVE when shuu is watching, so, even if shuu and haruka stays together, haruka already changed, she likes to get drill for other men's penis (it think it doesn't have to be the senpai) while shuu is watching, there's no turning back.

Another thing I noticed in the story:
At each start of a volume came a drastic change.
In volume 1 we went from a "normal" marriage to the cuckolding, at the start of volume 2 it changed from cuckolding to Haruka cheating and the Senpai BS, and we already got heavy hints how the situation will change in volume 3. Hint: It has something to do with Kawai. She didn't get color pages and this important dialogue for nothing.

I'll point out her character with the pages in this chapter.

Page 1: Here's the love confession that Haruka never made in the entire story. I guess Kawai said that before Haruka ever had the chance in her entire life spent with Shu. Damn, Haruka wasn't fast enough.

Page 2: Kawai notices Shu's pain and is concerned about him, Haruka either is retarded as fuck or she enjoys his suffering.

Page 3: Kawai would never cheat on Shu or make him suffer, Haruka got off to the idea and even said that you shouldn't be mad about your partner having an affair.

Page 4: Something else that is different between the two girls: Instead of blaming Shu for not getting erect, Kawai blames herself.
Maybe she also has a few insecurity problems. She can remedy them together with Shu in the near future.

Page 5: Kawai is opposed to the idea of cuckolding and would never agree to do that. That's what makes Shu realize that his fetish is really disgusting and he should have never started it in the first place.
I think Kawai as his wife would have a proper conversation with him about it instead of just going along with it. On the other hand, Shu would have never developed his inferiority complex and fetish if the girl he loved was honest with him and didn't keep secrets. You know, someone like Kawai.
Overall, Kawai showed to have a way better and compassionate personality than Haruka in a mere dozen pages (including the ones she got in volume 1 and 2).
Haruka had more than 200 pages to show us her character and we still barely know anything about her except for her wish of a baby.

A little info about chapter 20: It's a complete twist in Shu's favor. Senpai got BTFO for good. Surprisingly not by Shu, but by Haruka. Reverse NTR with Kawai in the future is pretty much the only route the story can go from here.
