Funny how nobdoy ever say that Ryoga wouldn't rape the female Ranma, and there is a ton of doujin where he does exactly this. But yes this is OOC, but not because Ryouga wouldn't rape Akane, but rather how it all came about in this story. The manga has shown us that Ryouga is in deed capable of raping somebody, but only in a fit of mindless passion. If we go by the manga there are two ways Ryouga would rape Akane:

1. If he had used some sort of love rod and then had sex with her never realizing that and understanding that he was actually raping her because when she was under the influence fo said magical object she would have been willing.

2. If he was drunk/whatever and just acted without thinking.

This doujin however has Ryouga make Akane go conscious and then have him rape her with the intention of raping her. And THAT simply isn't Ryouga.
Same goes for Shampoo -- there is no way in hell she would allow Akane take the virginity of the female Ranma. Instead she would use a dildo on her herself or use some water on drowned man on herself.
