Pre-op Poison is very popular and there's clearly a demand for her, so why not supply that demand as well and hire a transgender woman who still has the required organs to portray her? The girl gets paid, you'd get plenty of people who'd buy the full pack, and we'd get what we want. Win/Win.

I agree that it would be a win/win situation if it was a set for a shemale niche website.
