Samples aren't expungeable simply for being samples, if you want to expunge them then you need to replace them with a more complete version.

@muffinfucker, you want a sample tag? you mean like the sample tag that already exists? which I linked here in my comment originally and to exclude tags you simply put a minus sign in front of it, -sample

yeah but the thing is half the time those samples just sit there taking up server space and search index space. I really wish they would just make a "sample" tag or better yet allow us to exclude tags in an advanced search
