Changed the frame timing for each gif.
It was way too fast most of the time or sometimes looked OK just because the browser couldn't keep with the asked speed.
Photoshop has optimized the size nicely.

Yeah I see some are still too fast here in Firefox while they are OK in Photoshop and ACDSee (not a reference though, has many problems with gifs).
It seems the 0.02s timing isn't respected, that's annoying.

edit: FastStone Image Viewer 5.4 seems to respect the timings and is free and portable.
Can be a solution, on Windows at least.
