Elton does muscle tone better in my opinion. That is just a matter of person taste though. Just like saying C4E hasn't really changed her artstyle ever really. It's solid, no doubt, but also very, very samey for the most part (of course a lot of Elton's stuff is samey too with every female having about the same dimensions and a pouty bottom lip but at least he mixes humor and stuff in his work on occasion). Not taking away from C4E mind you, plenty of well drawn and easy stuff to beat your privates to. That all said, this gallery could be cut in half in my opinion. A little line of goo doesn't make a different picture to me.
