I think you do have an issue with NTR since your complaint seems to be that the characters are "not redeemable anymore".
The main theme of the series seems to be degeneracy, it happened for the husband at the start of the series and goes on to infect the wife, who was 'pure'. She fell to degeneracy because of her 'love' for the husband, whose sexual interests turns her world upside down.
This is NTR, the very basis of NTR.

This chapter shows us a more innocent time in their relationship, something the wife wants.
And it shows the twisted reality of their current relationship, she wants to hurt him more, which I assume she wants to do out of love.
The only sensible person seems to be the senpai, who keeps providing reactions over how fucked up their relationship is, look at page 17. But hey, who's gonna reject free pussy?

Anyways, the next development seems to be the coworker being involved and the divorce papers.
Coworker knows about the wife cheating, divorce paper could be something senpai is trying to make her sign or something she thought would hurt him more.

I, for one, am enjoying this ride.

Thanks for clearing that up I knew the divorce papers were blank, I've seen one like it when I lived in Japan after my friend received one (really long story no cuckold involved). When I saw the co-worker the last chapter I thought she could be a potential new chara, looks like this could be a interesting route. In this part there's no salvation for anyone of these two, the husband was a pathetic loser and he totally lose control of what he was expecting from his wife, and she is in the no turning back point now, I can't feel bad for her either, 'cause maybe she want's to make him suffer, but she is also unable to see that she is being totally tricked by the sempai (a guy who is scum on his own way too) she just change a evil for another.

About the co-worker, I was thinking, he feels excited about seeing his wife being taken from another man, cheting on him, but I wonder, could he feel excited too about the idea of cheating on his own wife? This promises. (specially 'cause co-worker is really hot, will be a shame not see her in action now)

The reason MC is falling out of love with his wife is because he got off to the thought of his innocent wife doing indecent things with other men (becoming a slut), but when the tables turned and she really did start to act slutty (in her every day life with senpai) his fantasy is no longer being fulfilled. The development of his fetish has yet to be shown but we can guess. Him and his wife were childhood friends and he clearly had a thing for her ten yet somehow inbetween that she dated her senpai. At the very start of this he had pictures of her and senpai which he was using to help promote his boner. So my suspicion is that her dating senpai hurt him but somehow it got all twisted and he liked the hurt.

As for the wife, it seems like she did not want to break up with senpai and it was him that broke it off.

I notice there are some complaints about the story.... Seriously?! This is like one of the few out of a handful of NTR stories that actually make some coherent sense. In fact, this is a pretty realistic scenario.

This exact thing has ruined healthy marriages out there, either the husband couldn't handle the vision of his wife being pleasured by someone else or the wife feels used and disgusted for participating in something she wasn't interested in. In nightmare situations, the wife ends up leaving the husband for her alternative lover or vice-versa.

That's not to say people who have open marriages/relationships or participate in swinging can't have healthy fulfilling lives together. But that lifestyle doesn't appeal or work for everyone.

Exactly @pekcun, I'm totally agree with you, (based in we know about her from past chapters) she seems to be trying taunting him so he can step up, grow a pair and show her what is he capable to do to het her back, she was not a slutty, shallow woman at the beginning and she doesn't seems to have been mindbroken yet so I really think she have a good ulterior motive to his actions those last couple or so of chapters...
However the bad ending still seems the logical conclusion to this story given that the MC is such of a weak minded, coward, gutless guy to do anything useful at this point, at this point seems easier to see the MC banging his cute coworker fuelled by his NTR boner rather than rescuing his wife (which in turn could only drive the wife closer to the Sempai, giving us some kind of bad ending).
BTW the sempai seems startled with the photography thing so she is not so bad, at this point is SHE the one making the MC suffer, the sempai seems to be just a tool right now.

So my copy of Namaiki came in. Spoilers ahead:

Full color pages of Kawai confessing and making a move on Shuu (same image as authors blog). Shuu turns her down and runs back home to confront Haruka only to be surprised to see the divorce papers. Senpai explains that Shuu's only causing suffering for Haruka. Haruka no longer knows what to believe and asks senpai to have sex with her and they have sex in front of Shuu. Afterwards Haruka is passed out on the couch and senpai is overseeing Shuu sign his name on the papers. Shuu only writes about half his name before he COMPLETELY snaps. Last image shows him gripping the pen as if he's about to stab the paper or his hand and senpai's face is in shock (watching so many cliffhangers from drama's I almost half expect him to sign his name or something)

We still have around 10 more chapters in this series so it's finally winding down. Maybe he does sign it. maybe not. If it's a bad end then sure he'll sign those papers. If it's a good end then prolly not (or he does sign the papers and goes with Kawai but that prolly woudn't work since he bluntly rejected her)

Yeah, it's feeling less and less like NTR and more and more like watching baby seals being clubbed.

I'll be the first to say Shuu deserves what he is getting and could have been happy with the story ending on chapter 18 with Shuu mindbroke and Haruka not giving a flying fuck. Now it's like beating a dead horse over and over. Dunno how many chapters of the same Sempai nailing Haruka in front of Shuu scenes we need, but it's getting old.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of couples out there that commit to mutual ntr'ing. I'm just confused at the direction this story is taking now. Looking at all the flashbacks they definitely loved each other deeply. They wanted to have kids as well. Was it a test to see if they truly loved each other that Haruka committed to fulfilling Shuu's ntr fetish? not sure. Has she completely decided physical pleasure is far superior than Shuu's relationship? again not sure. I can't really blame Shuu either. He's still committed to Haruka every single chapter. Even the divorce papers pretty much show that he's struggling to choose either Haruka's happiness (or he believes is what she truly wants) over their marriage.

I don't think I'll go far as posting every single picture of chapter 19. As for the other questions:

The wife has said that she prefers Senpai's dick (though strangely enough she doesn't flat out say she loves Senpai himself)
There's no evidence of the wife filling out her part of the paper but she seems to have agreed to have it filled out since the 3 of the are together talking about it. (However she has stated she doesn't know what to do/what to believe in which makes me think that Haruka is still searching for an answer and eventually came to divorce papers. Even in Chapter 18 she says she wants Shuu to continue to suffer but now she doesn't give a straight answer in regards to the divorce papers except that she doesn't understand Shuu anymore. Maybe that's the final barrier?)

I'm seriously hoping that the author does make a good ending for this series regardless of the conclusion. Seems the most of the previous works had good endings.

Don't see how their relationship will be the same. Their relationship seemed strained from the start with regards to sex and having children and sadly their idea to spice things up has epically failed. If Haruka is playing a long con to make Shu man up then that is such a selfish move but I get the feeling she's definitely fallen for the senpai again. Just don't see a happy ending here.
