What a very strange end, first she left and stay with the doc and have a kid(i don't know if its MC son/daughter) be back when the son its getting married and even with that he still have sex with both i dont think its forced cause i believe it's very twist sick end but at least i think the son won the sex fight over the rest of the guys.

Seems like the mother left because she realized their current relationship is unhealthy. She also knows that Mina loves her son and as a woman herself, the mother understands how uncomfortable it must feel watching the guy you love obsessed with another woman. So her leaving was for the best in regards to her son and Mina. Her son got over her mother, got into a good school, and later they got married. Not really twisted sick, in fact, them staying in their current relationship with the three of them would be more twisted.

Also, the last 2 chapters are just flashbacks that take place before Chapter 40, the final chapter, which is why it says Chapter 30x. It was when she realizes everything will be destroyed if they continue living that relationship of theirs. So when the mother reappeared during after the wedding, the son has gotten over her mother and knows he longer as the right to call her as such because he saw her not as a mother but as a woman. So he pretty much lets her go. The kid is probably the son's as they share a similar name.

The end to this series isn't bad. It shows the growth and change of the characters. Had they continued living that relationship, nothing would change, and even if it did it probably wouldn't be for the better as the characters would remain stuck in the past and become stagnate.

MC noticed the kid name so I think it's his son and the mother. if it's not his kid I don't think author would brought it up.

Too bad GF don't want true harem that's why mother decide to go. it'd be perfect if the ending was all of them live together.
