The 1st episode, the guy received a watch that could stop time as much as he wanted and with specific targets.
If you look at their eyes, the gifs that doesn't have light (white parts) means that he stopped time:
1 2, 3, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 25, 26

Episode 1 and 2 are absolutely perfect IMO, my only concern with EP 2 is that the cover of the movie isn't really how they are undressed;

Hmm, thanks for posting this and letting me know about this anime's existence.
Just watched both episodes (ie, clicked through really fast to find the good parts).

Pretty good I guess, but I don't really like the stop/start thing. I prefer when the girls are frozen all the way through.
When they have a scared/aroused/embarrassed expression and then get frozen again, what's the point?
Also, I thought the whole point of timestopping is so you can rape them without them knowing/seeing you. It's basically used here as added torture/embarrassment.
I also didn't like how much their eyebrows/mouths moved when they were supposedly time stopped. I guess he freezes their bodies while they're still aware and protesting(?), but it felt too much like any other animated hentai, where the rape victims just lie there and take it anyway.

If he's gonna do the stop/start thing, I wish he would've like frozen them in their "reluctant o-face" moments and then kept going in them when they were frozen like that.

Best part: The timestopped semen-splattered paizuri at the end of the locker room scene. I guess I just want basically necrophilia-esque timestop hentai, but this was still very interesting for what it was.
I'll probably enjoy it more on subsequent viewings now that I know what to expect.
