Whats the correct artist tag? Ive seen Hanafuda Sakurano and Hanafuda Sakura. It differs depending on release/translator. The colophon in this gallery says Hanafuda Sakurano in print. Its the only print I've seen yet.

In some old release(like this one https://e-hentai.org/g/714049/d8fef3ee9c/) it is Hanafuda Sakura I don't know why but guess it's some error.

In new release it is Hanafuda Sakurano and from her(or his, whatever)pixiv is also Hanafuda Sakurano.

To explain, "Hanafuda Sakura" and "Hanafuda Sakurano" are one and the same artist.
It's just that the author decided to "alter" the pen-name (by adding the hiragana "no" to the end of it) starting from COMIC Potpourri Club 2014-07 issue.
Basically, '今月からペンネームがちょっとかわります！' (My pen-name will be changed "slightly" from this month onwards!), said the author (from 花札さくら to 花札さくらの).
This change of penname starts from the magazine version of the two-part story "Katamoi Bandage" where the first chapter uses the old "Hanafuda Sakura" pen-name (Potpourri 2014-06 Issue) before changing it to "Hanafuda Sakurano" for the second chapter (Potpourri 2014-07 Issue)

Also, this is the second tank by the artist and the first to use the "altered" pen-name, with the previous debut tank "Maple Trap" using the previous pen-name. Also, not forgetting the much less censorship as compared to the magazine edition too.

@Zorkil86: Team Koinaka has already translated 5 chapters of this tank, likely to finish translating the entire tank soon. Also, all the characters in each chapter have some kind of relations with characters in other chapters.
