Posting the full contents will give you more GP for the upload (more pages = more clicks, larger filesize means more GP from doggy bags and torrents). It also lowers the chance of someone else buying it, uploading the full thing, and expunging this for being incomplete. I don't know exactly what happens in that situation, but I believe you lose all GP from this gallery.

Also, if you weren't aware, you can upload .rar or .zip files to the gallery and the system will unpack it and add the contents for you. It's really not that much of a hassle.
