To answer a few questions:

The original story had her say "woman" not because she felt it was sexist but because it was cliché. She just wanted to answer differently because she could.

She wished for a penis specifically because one was needed to take the genie's virginity.

It has the "shemale" tag (and i guess previously the gender bender tag) because her cock completely replaces her pussy. Everytime they want to use the other gender, Vicky has to wish for it. Eventually the authur finally allows for it to be changed at will but only for one other character in a later chapter.

This comic has a very small portion of the full story which includes sex with celebrities, building a harem, getting rich, etc. Also Vicky immediatly wishes for a bimbo body as her first or second wish. Honestly I found the slight, librarian look to be sexier.

I recommend checking out the full story. Last i checked there was like 9 chapters with an actual plot!
