For guys like me that must live with limited quota for my internet, this small size upload is blessing compared to those upload with crazy size. I don't need to save this one by one.

Just wait few months. Pop9 always bumps his old uploads up to high quality after a while. Nothing in the rules against this. I am even fine with that, since a lot of these scans are new works. If you want HQ now, buy them.

95% of them are still incomplete. They are missing their credits page at the end or any other info pages. Anyway, this is the way they are uploaded to their JP websites. First resizes, for online reading and then in a few months someone decides to upload the bigger resolution ones.

I didnt know it was pop9 who scanned them as they are the same ones that pop up at those websites.
