They fight with weapons, then they fight with words, then make-up sex. 'Cause "that was my first kiss, so take responsibility" - Sayaka. Happy ending !

In the last sequence, Sayaka mentions that Kyouko now has "eyes that look like she found a purpose in life", to which Kyouko replies that Sayaka is the same. This is in contrast with the beginning where they have crazy bitch eyes and they know it.
