What is even worse is that these things happen in real life. A woman who was taking care of her mentally ill son, she died due to a heart attack and then 3 months after they found that the son had been dressing up and taking care of the corpse for that long. He even took the corpse to a stroll in a wheelchair, that's when someone made a report to the officials because of that horrid smell. The boy thought that his mother was just being very sleepy the past few months.

I mean, it is very touching when you see a girl full of spirit taking care of her elder sister (though it is questionable if her sister is actually dead), independently of the sister's body condition (may it be for ignorance or she might realize the putrid body of her sister. If the latter case is what actually happens, then the affection she feels for her sibling is more important than anything, what makes the story even more adorable). It is so lovely that, the two last words of this story are: "HAPPY" and "END"

For the people who simply downvoted not for the story with exceptional argument, but only features a fetish not so popular (that I personally don't like also, but when real plots do exist, it means more than any particular fetish and/or preference): The place here is not tumblr to discuss out trigger warnings or the experiences that you have been raped / almost raped in the eyes. If you can't stand for a serious story, please stay out.

To summarize: who actually has ideas, makes doujins like this, that many people will remember, for better of for worse. Hardly (or even imposible) to ignore it. Bonus point if it makes people enraged or distressed. Who has not any ideas, simply reproduces graphic content to compensate the lack of ability to create any memorizable plot (for example, animal penises, futa doujins and the like). These doujins end being quickly forgotten because they are empty in substance.
