@ 5thelement; Wondering where her clothes went? Nope. Look again at the 4th panel of p7, where Ilya is stretching out her hand to cast some magic and there is some effect appearing on Rin's clothes. You might mistake it for an artistic effect to show her frantically trying to get away, but it's actually Ilya vanishing Rin's clothes. The artist just couldn't be bothered dedicating another panel to showing her clothes disappearing properly and just had her naked in the next one. It's easy to miss.

I guess because it's assumed that Rin and Shirou are a couple, and Rin mentions Shirou toward the end after she gets impregnated. Like how all the SAO doujins where Asuna gets raped are labeled as NTR even if we don't see Kirito in the comic, he usually gets mentioned.
