I once saw this evening black dress chun-li cosplay at evo 2014, She was a white girl with a tattoo on her hip, i think she was wearing a thong because when she walked you could see her butt cheeks. It was mad hot, sadly I haven't been able to find pics of her on the internet. Was too scared to ask her for a picture and I didn't want to be creepy and take some with out her knowing.

I know its a bit off topic but this amazing cosplayer reminded me of her.
