I think I get what's going on - sorta. I think the pregnant girl has the ability to basically reset a timeline whenever she's made to hit her lowest point, whatever that might be.

In this chapter, they assumed her 'lowest point' would be pregnant with her brother's baby, but it turns out her lowest point was being disallowed from fucking her brother after she'd tried it. Or something like that.

I think it's basically like the plot of the movie the Edge of Tomorrow, except time resets when she hits 'broken'

The family has a hidden power that is handed down, that power allows them to reset the past to a certain point (not explained yet how far back that is). @inugamikun: There are tally marks on her ass in the last panel. I can only assume they have some way to "mark her" through timelines and the marks would indicate they have done 7 resets now. Now, how knowing they have done 7 resets helps them I don't know but they have some way to track resets it seems.
Edit 1: Actually looking though, that is the only panel with the marks so maybe it's a code? 7 means the family will fall into financial trouble or something?
Edit 2: Page 20 of chapter 2, she has 7 tallys on her right hip as well. Maybe number+location on body is a code? I don't see any in chapter 1 with a quick glance through.
