If you download the original image file for the image, and then open that image in Firefox (instead of a default picture viewer), it seems to animate!

When browsing, for me at least, none of the original pngs are shown.
It's like they've been resized for browsing (there's the little link at the bottom of the page to "Download original aaa x bbb ccc MB source") but the resolution between the source and displayed image is the same. In any case what's actually shown on the page is a jpg.
