Izmaeil, are you blind? They're totally different scans. Check the page rips on the side, positioning of the scans, colored pages. etc.

On the older gallery, some page numbers are partially ripped off/blurred because of the dismantling but it's still viable and intact on this scan.

Yes, the first one has small problem with page numbers but it's insignificant problem - even remotely skilled photoshop user can repair this. But even so the first are better - compare for example pg 13 - the level of details that this as you call it newer scan has is lower than the older one. These new scans are way too dark (too much contrast or how is it called). Their uniforms simply blends into one huge blotch.
