ロイヤル and ロワイヤル (also ローヤル) are basically just alternate spellings of both "royal" and "royale". As much as I'd like to believe that the different forms correspond neatly to their english pronunciation equivalents, it seems more that the spelling is simply non-standardized (very brief internet research, admittedly).

At any rate, none of that matters because right next to the Japanese on pg. 1 the author wrote "Shiro Kuro Royal", so that's the official title, like it or not.
