Sometimes the characters get in very uncomfortable position in order to show more sexy parts, Example: Pg6 last panel looks bad for both. They guy is leaning back to give access to his cock. He's probably flexing his abdomen to stay there, his whole body rest on his left arm. The girl has his boyfriend's thigh behind her back and twisting her neck, that's fucking uncomfortable (Legs are harder than pillows).
Hentai has a tendency to be very talkative and descriptive, they do that to arouse the reader. In real life, you don't speak much and use your body instead to communicate your whims. Well... at least that's how I preferred sex with my partners. Dirty talk may work for you.
Not everything you see in porn may work for you during sex. For example, I never could get off from real oral sex, and now I don't find it arousing anymore on porn.
Another thing that's not "there" in your porn is the smell, which is not always pleasant.
Room temperature IS a thing too. You can get cold during sex because of the sweat.
Contraception is also a big part of sex and I like too see them on hentai.

But the most important factor, and the reason why this manga feels more real, is the "making love" part of sex.
You can learn the mechanics of sex from porn, but sharing a precious thing with an entire whole other person is something very special and nothing prepares you for that. There's a bit of that in this manga.
You can also read Natsu no Zenjitsu for a nice realistic portrayal of sex.
