While he talks about censorship in the postscript, I actually find it more interesting that he's thinking about all the side details of the 'IGNORE ME!' pill. From my experiences with Yuuji, he's not much of a 'deep thinker'. I'm not saying he's stupid, but just does a lot of things on whim. For example, when someone asked about whether futanari sperm can impregnate someone, he said 'probably not'. Someone pointed out futa on futa couples and whether the dick is 'just for fun', he said he didn't think that deeply about it. Similar thing with the Futanari Violator! series, why create a new trap character when you already have one (Kyouko's younger brother Sakuya)? He didn't think about it. Why do some futanari have testicles and others don't? Whim.

It's nice to see him complain about censorship, but at the same time, everyone bitches about the censorship. It's not like Japanese people themselves don't think it's stupid, it's just something they have to do. But seeing Yuuji grow as a writer is more interesting even though he's been putting out good stuff for over a decade now.

@Drops of Honey: I don't disagree that the series, and to a lesser extent Yuuji's books as a whole can be pretty damn redundant. I admit that while I love Yuuji's works and FutaRoMa, the exhibitionism only ones tend not to be my favorite for masturbatory material.

At the same time though, if he did add more stuff where the character gets caught and such, it would lose it's distinction between other exhibitionism series. Valssu (?) has a few long running series about exhibitionism, and I know the one I read had all sorts of plot and complications, including her getting caught and all. Yuuji is a purist though, and I tend to find that interesting in itself. It's not what happens when she's naked, but *that* she is naked that's the exciting thing to him. I respect that, even when there's been people complaining about it being boring for years.

In this specific book, with the 'IGNORE ME!' pill, I always felt it was rather boring. It's cheating to just turn invisible.

@Dark Mac: the clause in the Japanese criminal code (article 175) that concerns censorship of 'obscene' material dates back to 1907, and was left pretty much unchanged after the Americans wrote the constitution.

Sorry, no. You're missing his point about censorship. Hes pointing out the fact that:

1. If you have too many black bars, it degrades the artwork.
2. Mosaics distort the image so the impact of the artwork is lost/diminished.
3. Specifically, adult 2D artbooks are produced by and sold to consenting, legal adults. Therefore the government should not interfere with the personal works/likes/dislikes of producer/customer.

I feel the need to show my support for the solo exhibitionism work that Yuuji has been providing us for years now. Futa getting themselves off in public places has been one of the highlights of the "genre" for me.
