just to clarify, the manager is not a ghost. She was just pretending, probably to go along with the fun and have a reason to have sex with the guy. I mean they were kinda drunk, after all.

Her comment at the end "the circumstances are the same" was hard to put into words for the translator but it's along the line of "I'm also lonely like her, you see, so it's not all lies". You can also see her going to the drinking party with the other couple at the end so she's definitely not a ghost.

There's another possibility that the ghost possess her sometime in page 07 and 08 but that's for you to decide. My point still stands.
