Well what i could gather so far is:
Blond girl is black-jackets girl (or at least unrequited love), black-haired girl is white shirts girl.
both get kidnapped and fucked, guys too.
at some point, guys are brought to see their girls, white-shirt looses his shit right at the beginning, black-jacket keeps it somewhat.
at some point black-jacket is let into the cage with his girl, she is advancing on him but white-shirt rapes his girl, pisses on and into her. black-jacket looses it.
after white-shirt is done, black-jackets turn comes up, he does and finishes but...

And thats where my understanding ends somewhat...
After that she gets preggers (no idea from who) and i guess it's white-shirt who completely lost his shit is brought to her and gets to fuck her again.

What I think what happens in the middle is that the black haired girl with the double dildo is first mistaken to be the friend of the main character (same thick eyebrows, etc.) who's also been genderbendered. But then they bring his actual friend into the cell and the blackhaired girl is revealed not to be his friend after all. And the thinner guy is somehow related to the blackhaired girl.
