Glancing at the Getchu page, yeah, you're pretty much right. To add to what you said, boss lady (short purple hair) has feelings for the brother (glasses, purple eyes, brown hair), but their unrequited, as he only thinks of her as a close friend and roommate. Also, the employee (muscular, spiky-haired guy) is dim-witted and often scolded by boss lady. The girlfriend (black hair blue eyes), despite her prim and proper appearances, is actually a wanton cheater, though she gets caught by her boyfriend and has to put a hold on the promiscuity.

I haven't played the game, but apparently all the characters join this Angel circle (a sex group in which people generally don't know each other) and by coincidence there happen to be a web of relations amongst them. Each chacter has their own reasons for joining the circle. Mostly those reasons boil down to stress and sexual frustration, but some are set off by things like unrequited love.
