Calm your tits, if you ripped cg, this would look normal to you.
Most games these days have layered CG or encrypted files to PREVENT ripping. like Anti-Piracy, Anti-Ripping exists.

Just requires another complicated (instructions are non-Eng, I've tried) program to take these layers and mux em together to make a complete image.
LOTS of work goes into cg-ripping, its not all simplified like "older" games where you could press a button upload the images and done.

I'm sure the uploader meant to share this so that someone with more time can DL it and "fix" it.

I thought the main reason for layered CG is to save disk space. Which can be pretty substantial if there are multiple varations of the same scene (e.g. same CG, different facial expressions).
