"It's not NTR if the pairing isn't canon" is a silly notion when considering a non-canon fan work, with an original authors story and intent, and even with Netorare in the title.

This one's pretty weird though, since despite the title, it's not tagged netorare on DLsite, and my limited Japanese doesn't really make the story seem especially NTR. I think "Netorare Nano" might /actually/ not be netorare.
