I think 'Maryu' is reference to Murrue Ramius (sometimes misspelled as Maryu), a Gundam character that shares same voice actress (and same big boobs).

"Maryu" is almost certainly supposed to be "Murrue". Rinko and Murrue have the same VA, so it seems like Kokonoki Nao is referencing that.

As for KN himself, I'm really starting to dislike his writing. Hentai isn't this serious, bro.
