I'm pretty sure it was Takato's (Or Henry) name that was censored in both instances. I've seen that be the case in various Manga, Doujin and even anime. It either has to do with the age or some sort of legality using the two kids. I mean there's a line where she pretty much says "cock" over and over again (The scene where she's giving Takato a hand job a bit too rough) and that was completely fine.

I downloaded the File, and it downloaded relatively fine on Vuze. But after reaching 100/0%, the thing freezes, and it just says that the remaining time is 14m 58s. Like, is there something wrong with the file?
