@Paupr92 It's from the Monster Girl Encyclopedia made by Kenkou Cross, a series of monster girls, settings, and fan art/fanfiction.

The setting is in a fantasy world where former man-eating monsters turned to beautiful monster girls when a new Demon Lord took over. The MG's need to have sex to obtain mana from humans (previously they ate them to gain it). The "Order", basically their version of Knights Templar, oppose monster-human relations, but the Demon Lord and some other humans seek coexistence to have sex. The human scholar seeks to bring coexistence by spreading awareness about the true nature of the MG's. The scholar writes profiles of monster girl species on his adventure. Of course it's the author who writes/draws them, but in the setting it's the scholar.
