You can just update it and remove the censorship if you have it on steam, there is even a sticky on how to do it in the forum.

I was incredibly disappointed with this game. I absolutely loved Aiko, but the fact that it's a dating sim without the reward of full sexual content (h-scenes) completely ruins it for me. It's like a mix between good, normal eroge, and those shitty hentai image quiz games you can find on just about any hentai flash game site.
