Well, it's Koiwai's child so, the question is rather will he take responsability? Seems Fuuka wants to keep it though.

Edit: she was with another guy in the 1st installement of the autumn serie, idunno which day the clover 2 happens but it's her dangerous day, she didn't have the same worryness when she had sex in clover 1. There are plenty of details pointing out the child was made in clover 2, and it's very unlikely clover 1 and 2 happened the same day. There was another reader who came with the same evidences in the clover 2 page, and it seems to stick. Well i'll paste it here anyways for people who still have doubts:
"Pages 13-14: Fuuka forget something important
Pages 15: before inserting koiwai stunned for a second and said that he have a bad feeling but just ignore it
Pages 18: just remembered that it was almost "that time" and think what would koiwai do if she ever get pregnant. We get to see the inside of her womb and koiwai's sperm."
This refers to clover 2. Please, correct me if i'm wrong or have further evidence concerning the parentance of this pregnancy. However it seems pretty clear who the father is, or the author is trolling us.

This is one of those I was expecting more of this comiket, although we will to wait at least another chapter more to know the outcome.
