Recently, some people keep complaining about the unuploaded raw. However, complaining doesn't help at all, so don't ignoring and arguing. Some people complain because they feel annoyed as long as they don't know whether the raw will be uploaded late or will not be uploaded forever.
Sometimes it's all about communication. I'm not the scanner so everything is out of my control. I just want to suggest all the translation group to take a few seconds and add a few word like "Raw will be uploaded later" or "The Raw will never be uploaded" in description.
I know the problem of raw cannot be solved by this, but everything should start from here. Thing cannot become better by doing nothing.

最近ex上有不少关于汉化组不上传生肉的抱怨，对方的抱怨虽然很烦，但是无视和争吵也不是个办法。有些组会迟几天上传，有些组会迟几周上传，有些组完全不打算上传，但其他人不可能凭空知道这些事，某些无差别的抱怨也是因此而生的。
我并不是图源或扫图者，并不打算对任何组对生肉方针有所抱怨。但还是想建议各汉化组在发布时花个几秒的时间，在描述中加一句"Raw will be uploaded later" 或 "The Raw will never be uploaded" 之类的话。
我知道生肉的问题并不会因此解决，也肯定不能让想要生肉的人停止抱怨。但相互交流沟通是很重要的，什么都不做的话只会让事情变得越来越糟

And I agree. People want information. While it'd be unfortunate if the raw never came, uploaders should at least tell people that. Or if they do plan to upload it, they should at least give them a date or time frame; it's so much better than to leave people simply hanging and wondering.

Glad to more uploaders having sense here. While I do agree with uploaders being more informal, I disagree with the complaining.

Complaining is not just the matter of pressuring the uploader to upload the raw, but also making the problem more public. With people publicly demanding raws to be uploaded, and funny as it is, in the comments section... there is an actual presence and need of the raw to be uploaded. Without the comments, well, you might as well assume people wouldn't care about those raws. Hope you understood what I meant.

But while I can't disagree that some of these uploaders will stay selfish, I also can't disagree whether the same stubborn and selfish bunch will be more informal. This isn't the first time, and it sure won't be the last.
