I have a hard time reading chinese but it seems once Old Admiral recovered from his collapse from chapter 2 he heard from Oyoodo that his former pupil had something to do with it forcing Isuzu to work for him and he used his own wife Haruna to drug her and then rape her.
But once he got Isuzu, dumped Haruna who ended like that on page 8 before dying leaving behind a corrupted fairy to a guilty Ooyodo, our old Admiral went to face the jerk and found Isuzu as if she was mindconrolled by him obeying his very commands; he wanted to beat the jerk but was stopped by Sendai who was suffering as well for the poor treatment, old Amdiral saw that punched the jerk and then put the corrupted fairy into Isuzu's body releasing her from the jerk control but turning her into shinkaisei-kan at the same time. The rest is obvious looking at the doujin. A new Haruna was build afterwards.

So...good end for Isuzu? Seems like he fucked the evil out of her with that magic locket thing, not positive. I mean, the last panel seems to indicate a good end, but I'm not sure if the text says otherwise.

So original Sendai and Haruna are dead? And their successors are completely unaware of this horror? Wow, sucks for them. I like to believe they're okay until we see an English translation. So there, nyah.

Bear in mind I know *nothing* about Kantai Collection outside of 'ships are now cute girls and their admirals are their husbandos'. Just FYI
