@cappiz: the difference in size is due to the number of unique colors in the images. Normally the others are around 110-130, but the ones that are bigger are 845 and 963 colors.

Also if you zoom in, you can notice dithering where there shouldn't be, like in white and black areas. This can be avoided by proper leveling and – when saving to PNG – by choosing the right palette type and dithering amount (if your editing program has a preview mode, use it).
As for myself I mostly go with OptimizedMedianCut, sometimes with OptimizedOctree or simple Grayscale for digital raws with continuous shades; as for the dithering amount, I always leave it at 90-95% so that the program doesn't try to dither solid blocks of color like yours did.

The art style is rather unique, but unique in an attractive way. Too many artists create grossly fucked up body proportions when creating more generously endowed characters. Glad that mostly isn't the case here, the woman is presented in a very nice mature and lovely manner.
