I don't know about cheating, but netorare is definitely a wrong tag.

I totally love it, is true that in the first pages Yui seems really out character but this is actually the same plot as, if am not wrong, the 4th chapter of the TLR-D manga, the only difference here is that instead of Rito here is the Principal receiving the "love" of Yui, I would love to have a bit more of build up & some kind of justification to the behavior of Yui towards the Principal (I don't know, maybe something cliche like some invention of Lala gone wrong as with the Takeda Hiromitsu or Todoroki Shin doujins of Yui) but still is a really, really good doujinshi.
My favorite in this saga of doujinshis of TLR from this author is still the 3d one with Yami & the Principal but this comes close in second place, both of those doujinshi are awesome, the Principal is my new hentai-hero XD
BTW in the manga she is in love with Rito & she is conscious of it but Rito is not, in this doujinshi those feelings seems to be directed to the Principal so I think this is not NTR.

so basically, the principle (pathetic in the original manga) is a scumbag that getting tossed around and kick

far as i remember yuuki only likes Haruka and is starting to accept lalas feeling in a way i dont remember any crush on him to yui except only yui has it but isnt open about her feelings to him so i doubt its anything like that

Well, in canon, Yui loves Rito, and Rito loves both Lala and Haruna. If a girl who loves or used to love you and who you don't love get banged by someone else, it's hardly called cheating or cuckholding, since you two were never an item to begin with. I would vote down the tag netorare.

Oh, and I remember the phrase "directly teach your body" is the Principal's request on Tearju when she first appeared in Sainan High for a teacher.
