The bonus chapter isn't translated because no scans of it exist on the internet/ehentai, we only have chapters 1-9 scanned without any of the other things that might be in the tank (see https://e-hentai.org/g/392409/e0e154cc24/ for everything we have on Chounyuu for you). If you could get good quality pictures/scans of the extra chapter or even the other extra content we could probably get them translated.

Of course don't expect barely legible phone camera quality pictures to get translated.
