There's not really any real NTR in this. And this is coming from someone who's sensitive to any kind of NTR in the first place. It's made clear that Akagi is Nagato's woman, and the fact that the other girls get to have sex with her is a privilege, something Nagato tolerates because she knows she's so good that no one would be able to steal Akagi from her, not something they're entitled too. And yes while Nagato is a bit dickish about showing off how much better she is at pleasing Akagi, to be fair, if your own girlfriend's job was to have sex with all of your coworkers, you'd probably be pretty aggressive in putting people in their place too, as not to let them get any ideas. While it's sad that Mogami doesn't get her pure, sweet crush, the fact is she was never hers to begin with, and thus can't be stolen from her.
