It's a compilation, untranslated, lower resolution, weaker scan quality, but the artwork in this version is much better, faces are polished in countless pages and there's an overall improvement in shading. It's like comparing a translated direct from DVD rip to a screener of a fixed/polished Blu-Ray version.
