I always thought Balalaika was kind of an ironic character in a way. Despite her scars, she is quite the beautiful woman. However she's ultimately quite the ugly person deep down, from the personality perspective.

Well... I see I'm not the only one who wouldn't mind the scars. Really, c'mon. Such a perfect premise for Rock to alternate between going hard on her and being gentle and nurturing.
