Hair gets in the way especially with messy sex, it says I have nothing to hide or distract look here, and even for the enslaved type that work for Baelish it prevents crabs from living in the hair.

Actually, this studio claims to use minimal amount of photoshop and I can believe them on that. There are loose hair here and there, or fine hairs on their arms, or some minor details that would be removed if this was shopped.
Background is printed stage, smoke is added by a machine. Well, maybe I'm wrong, but their photo shoots always seemed natural to me.
