This doujin is from a Taiwanese artist. Actually there are quite an amount of Elsword doujins in Taiwan considering how popular the game is, however it seems that there were no people there bothering to do the scanning and sharing. It's quite a shame, really, we don't get to see much Elsword doujins nowadays.
