@ShikiN7: As far as I can tell, this is a stand-alone story. Chitoge wants to commemorate their 10th scheduled date and Raku makes some plan with Onodera to help at her shop. Here, she jumps to conclusions a little too fast and tells him she's going on a date with somebody he doesn't know. She goes and watches the movie that she wanted to watch together alone and meets him on the way back. He tells her that he was low on money so he wanted some cash to buy her a present for the tenth anniversary (how the heck do you buy a ring with just a day of work). Just in case you're wondering, it's not a proposal. She even asks about that. So because she wanted to enjoy herself even without Raku, she booked the hotel to look out at the beautiful night view. Raku says they should go together (since all the crap is cleared up). Little hand touch leads to lots more contact and then there's nothing worth translating in terms of story. The little bit at the end is just what it looks like: Chitoge putting the ring on and being very happy.
