It "seems" vanilla, but since i can't read Japanese I don't know whats happening completely. I assume she can't stand him, has an accident which results in amnesia and he taking advantage of it because he loves her, or something like that but not really feeling forced...

the student president is a typical double faced girl who always abused the boy when their were alone
now that she is amnesia, it's a perfect time for the boy to train her and make her properly dominate him
so basically the guy is a huge M

As gecd said Serika was the perfect student, the president and used to bully our hero. It's kinda funny how he is desperate to make her dominate him. Gotta love this no matter how the end will be.
