Okay. I'm getting pretty confused. Is there no complete version? Why is everyone so desperate and impatient? I mean seriously, I'm not exactly anticipating the complete version but I'm getting a tad annoyed with all the incomplete versions being uploaded. Am I alone?

I Think maybe this is complete book. you can see from number of page. The page that both have conversation in car are 247. Then page that kid start do homework are 248. So I think this 38 new page that all the whole new release of the story now.

Guys, i think in the last book of Tachibana-san, There may be something new to MTSP Jin is working well as a continuation of seire doujin of Fate / Stray night, maybe a new series with a new protagonist, the continuation of Sakiko-san or maybe a crossover between Tachibana and Sakiko. But you never know with Master Jin, maybe in a year we see an ova Tachibana-san or Sakiko-san. who knows but I think the number of Tachibana-san still has many uncertainties and that the fans want to see a real conclucion and see a happy ending. but that would be way too. so we have to make do with what there is and we may see more of Tachibana-san in the future

for those of you questioning about the incomplete. The recent release is 200 pages. of which 38 of it is this new chapter before you. The other missing pages are repeat and story telling.
