Art style is decent, but the story is rather lacking. Spontaneous transformation with no set-up or explanation is just simply uninteresting. One more page with the character expressing an interest in understanding the opposite sex would fill this gap without being terribly complicated. This would also leave the door open for the appearance of a 'fairy-god-mother' or some such later to explain the 'why'. It's a good start, but I hope it isn't finished; there's potential here, but it needs a lot of polish...
