Because, if you'll look at the definition of the 'orc' tag, it slavetags "troll" and "ogre" given that the exact e-hentai description of 'orc' generally fits both of them too.

Given the conntext, each bolded word is as such to state emphasis on it. Which isn't random until the word being emphasized doesn't require such treatment in-universe.

If you read it in the manner where bolded words are given emphasis, considering they like their dirty talk, it's not random at all.
