Shun Rei is the Japanese reading of the characters the Chinese way (in Japanese, Chinese characters usually have two readings, the Japanese one and the Chinese one). The actual Chinese reading is, of course, Chun Li. It's less of a problem of pure translation skill and more of a lack of research/general awareness of the characters (I mean come on, who doesn't know Chun-Li?)
