From my understanding, this is just the final part to the original story. This is what happens when she leaves after their encounter at the beach. If there is going to be a continuation, then it would have to be a new story that somehow involves these guys after this meeting but before they get caught or maybe after they somehow get released. Either way, we need to see a continuation with the daughters.

So I think I get it. This book as a whole is 256 pages, the 156 is from the first part of the story, the 58 pages are from the next part, and finally the new pages are these 38 new pages. This story is already complete.
As for the story, from what I gather, is that the women on page 3 are the ones who catch the guys who raped the women. Judging from the last works, the Tachibana women may possibly be pregnant and they seem to be talking about a way either to safely have an abortion or to have the baby.
As for the protagonist, since they stopped having sex with him, he decided to improve himself by studying and working out. He did see her cum stained panties but that seemed to push him to try harder. So basically, he is improved himself in order to try and make them happier.
Finally, for the video. The clerk tells the protagonist that the guys were caught. He also tells him that IF he can find it, then he will lend him the video. The protagonist may or may not ever see that video.
That is my theory and I am satisfied by it. I guess this story is almost a downer ending except that the protagonist decided to improve himself and that the guys were caught.
